Cornelius S. Qualley received his Juris Doctorate degree from Drake University Law School. While attending Drake, Cornelius represented low income clients in general civil matters such as dissolutions and landlord/tenant actions at the Drake Legal Clinic. Cornelius is admitted to the Iowa Bar and engages in the practice of family law and general civil law. In addition, Cornelius is a long time resident of the historic Drake neighborhood and Des Moines small business owner.
